Joseph Arthur Avila’s Real Estate Career started as a Salesperson last June of 2014 and eventually passed the licensure exam for Real Estate Broker last May of 2015.
With 8 years of Real Estate experience, he and along with his team have already and are still helping various Real Estate Developers in marketing their projects and assisting Buyers or Clients in choosing the right investment for them today.
Prior to his involvement with the Real Estate Industry, he was into Website Design & Development since 2005 up to 2016 and working and/or handling teams under various foreign clients from USA, AUS, UK and Beijing China as well.
He is a member of Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB) and Davao Board of Realtors Foundation Inc. (DBRFI). He also served as DBRFI Board of Trustee Member last 2022 and currently DBRFI Board of Trustee Office (Auditor) for this year 2023.
