About Otep Avila
Joseph Arthur Avila’s Real Estate Career started as a Salesperson last June of 2014 and eventually passed the licensure exam for Real Estate Broker last May of 2015. He is now 8 years old as a REB. Prior to his involvement with the Real Estate Industry, he was into Website Design and Development since 2005 up to 2016. He is a member of Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB) and Davao Board of Realtors Foundation Inc. (DBRFI). He also served as DBRFI Board of Trustee Member last 2022 and currently DBRFI Board of Trustee Office (Auditor) for this year 2023. Lastly, he is the President of Terrene Ultra Properties And Developement, Inc. which has been registered at SEC last April 18, 2023.
